Policies And Dress Code
Proper dance etiquette:
We expect that all of our dancers, and the dance parents will show the utmost respect and courtesy towards the teachers and staff members at MSD. We expect the dancers to show that same respect to their fellow dancers and themselves. Disruptive and impolite behavior is not allowed in our classrooms.
ONSITE DANCE ATTIRE: Is school specific, please email email@example.com with questions. In geranal ballet slippers and clothes that are easy to move are perfect!
Proper Dance Attire:
Creative Movement, Story Ballet, and Pre Ballet/Jazz- Any color leotard, tights, or socks, tutus, skirts and slippers. Really wear what is fun to twirl in!
Ballet I – Sansha child tank leotard style no:y2555c color is lavander, pink tights, and pink slippers
Ballet II -BalTogs girls pinch front camisole leotard style no:BT517oC color is burgundy, pink tights , and pink ballet slippers.
Boys– Black shorts, Navy shorts, and tee shirt.
Highland Dance– Shorts, and tee shirt or tank top, knee socks,and black ghillies. Hair in a ponytail, or bun.
Payment is due in full at the beginning of classes. By enrolling in classes I agree to allow Mercier School of Dance to debit my payment method on file for the cost of the classes. If recurring payments are offered, I understand that monthly payments will be scheduled on the 1st day of each month. Should payment not be received prior to the start of a dance session, or should recurring payment issues remain unresolved past the 10th of the month, I understand that my child will be dropped from dance classes until such payments and applicable fees have been payed in full. (Pro-rated classes are only offered to students enrolling in the middle of a dance session.) A late fee of $10 will be added for accounts remaining unpaid past the 10th of the month.
